March-April 2016 Prayer Letter

Dear Pastor, Church and Co-Laborers,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, we hope this letter finds each of you enjoying His goodness. We are excited once again to be writing you all to share what all God has been doing in the ministry. It is exciting to be a part of the work of God and watch Him work in these last days!

We started out the month of March at Craggy Correctional where we had two men call on God for salvation. One of the men that got saved at this facility had just gotten out of the hospital that day, where he had been because of a drug overdose. Many of the men in the facility had been praying for this young man as well as sharing the Gospel with him. They had invited him to service and he came that night and called on the Lord with a broken heart for salvation. It was a blessing to see these men get a burden for others who need the Gospel. Then we were able to go back to Walnut Grove MS for a prison revival! The Lord moved at this facility and we saw several young men trust Christ!  From there we were at Yancey County Jail where we saw two men call on God for salvation! Also, during March we were at Buncombe County Correctional where we had another young man come forward at the end of service and ask us to pray with him. He said, he knew he was lost and needed God to fill the void that had been missing in his life. He called on the Lord and trusted Christ as his Saviour!!

April was another busy month with services in Craggy Correctional, Buncombe County Jail, Yancey County Jail, and Graham County Jail. The Lord blessed these services and seeds were planted in the hearts of many! Also, at the end of the month we traveled to Gainesville FL to have a revival at a large homeless compound! During this time we went tent to tent giving out supplies and, most importantly, sharing the Gospel! After three days and five services we saw two people give their heart to the Lord Jesus! From there we were in Ocala FL at a juvenile facility for a revival with the young men there. The Lord blessed in all of our services in this youth facility and we saw 12 teenage boys call on God for salvation! We gave Bibles to the young men that were in the services and some were so excited that they had there very own Bible! Please pay for these young men as they grow in the Lord and that they will reach their families with the Gospel! Many said that no one in their family was saved and that they wanted the Lord to use them to be a light unto them!

We would like to say thank you for your continued prayers and support. It is humbling to know that God’s people give so we can do the work that God has called us to do. We don’t take that for granted but we pray for you all continually that God would supply all your need according to his riches in glory! Please continue to pray for us as we endeavor to carry out the great commission. We already have a lot going on in the coming months and we are praying for the Lord to open new doors in the days ahead. If anyone would like for us to come by and give an update on what God is doing, please contact us and we would be glad to come back by.  We love each one of you and look forward to seeing or hearing from you soon.
