May-June 2015 Prayer Letter

Dear Pastor, Church Family, and Co-laborer,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, we hope this letter finds each of you enjoying the blessings of God. We are excited once again to be writing you all to share the goodness of the Lord! The Lord is faithful and is definitely our all in all! What a privilege it is to serve Him! We appreciate your faithful prayers and support that allows us the privilege of doing what God has called us to do! We don’t take it for granted but we pray for you all continually that God would supply all your need according to his riches in glory!

It has been a very busy couple of months since our last letter! We had our last character course at the public school for the year in May. It is hard to believe that we just finished our fourth year doing these classes in the public school! It is amazing how many doors the Lord has opened for us to witness to these young people! Many do not know anything about the saving grace of the Lord Jesus! Please make this part of our ministry a matter of prayer as we are already making plans for the upcoming school year and we are very excited about the opportunity to be a light in the public school here in Graham County! Also in the month of May, we traveled to New Mexico where my brother has a church plant to help him do a drug and prison prevention program at a local after school program. The Lord blessed and gave us several young people during the two days we held the meeting. We didn’t see anyone saved but we were able to share the Gospel with several young people that had never heard it before! Please pray for these young people that the Lord would work in their hearts and that they would accept Him as their Saviour!  It is our hearts desire to reach our younger generation with the gospel and warn them about the destructiveness of sin!

The month of June was an extremely busy month as we preached in two youth camps and were also in four prison revivals as well as our regular monthly jail and prison services! God moved in all these meetings and we saw several saved by God’s good Grace! We are so thankful for the saving Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ! He is still in the saving business even in these last days! One of the prison revivals we were in was at a juvenile facility in Rome GA! This was the first time we ever had the privilege of going into this facility! In four services there we saw seven young men call on the Lord for salvation! This is a new opportunity and we are excited about going back there and sharing the Gospel with these young offenders.

Please keep us in your prayers as we endeavor to reach others with the powerful Gospel of Christ! Also, pray for our family as we have a very busy schedule coming up and will be on the road a great deal. We have several youth camps and many prison meetings coming up in the next few weeks. We would ask for you to help us pray for traveling mercies as we travel and for souls to be saved in our efforts. We have a few open dates on Sundays if anyone would like for us to come by and give an update on the ministry to your church just contact us and we will set a time to come by. Thanks again for everything! May the grace of our precious Lord be with you all.
