November-December 2017 Prayer Letter

Dear Pastor, Church Family, and Co-laborer,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, we hope each of you had a wonderful holiday season and are excited about a new year to serve the Lord! God truly blessed our family with a prosperous year and a wonderful Christmas! Many sent cards, gifts, and extra money, during the holidays, to encourage our family and we are so very grateful for everything that we’ve received from each of you. The goodness of God and His people have overwhelmed us again! Thank you so much for your faithful support and for thinking of us through the holidays!

As many of you know, God allowed me the privilege of going to Ghana, Africa in November. What a blessing it was to be able to carry the Gospel to a foreign country for the first time! We were in the country of Ghana for nine days where our team was able to preach in thirteen prisons, six schools, two banks, two government offices, and three separate churches with a total of 6790 people attending these services. We also distributed 7500 John and Romans, 1500 New Testaments, and thousands of Gospel tracts! The Lord blessed our efforts during this trip and we saw many call on the Lord for salvation. We are trusting the Lord to continue to bless the seed that was planted and produce more fruit in the days ahead! Thank you to all who prayed and gave special gifts to make this trip possible! It was truly an exciting and eye-opening experience! The Lord also blessed the ministry at Craggy Correctional greatly over the last couple of months. The Lord is continuing to open more and more doors at this facility, which is a tremendous blessing! During November and December, we saw four men call on the Lord for salvation! Although it is encouraging to see these men respond to the Gospel message, they are some that are still leaving the services without accepting Christ as their Saviour. Please help us pray for the men here that the Lord will work in their hearts and they will come to Christ! Also, these men carry many burdens during the holiday season, they are away from their families and many of them are struggling because of their situations. I would just ask you to pray that the Lord would encourage their hearts and help their families while they are away from them! Also during December, the Lord allowed us the privilege to be a part of two youth meetings at two of our supporting churches. God really blessed these youth services. We always love the opportunity to help and encourage young people to serve the Lord!

At the end of December, we finished up our eighth year in missions. In the past eight years, Lord has opened so many doors and used our family in more ways than we could have ever imagined! We are excited to see what the Lord has in store in the coming year! As always, our schedule is beginning to fill up with prison meetings, revivals, and youth camps. We are asking the Lord to open even more doors in the days ahead and we would ask that you would help us pray that the Lord would enlarge our coasts! Our desire is to be used of the Lord in a mighty way during these last days! If anyone would like for us to come by and give an update to your church or if we can be a help in anyway, please feel free to contact us. Thanks again for everything! God Bless you all.

                    There I Hope,

                                 Todd, Missy, Abbey, and Emily
