September-October 2014 Prayer Letter

Dear Pastor, Church Family, and Co-laborer,

It is of the Lord ‘s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22-23) What a blessing it is to know that the Lord’s mercies are new every morning! He is faithful in supplying are needs and taking care of his people. What a comfort to our hearts to know that He never has failed and He never will! The Lord sure has been good to our family and blesses us far more that we ever deserve! We hope this letter finds you enjoying the blessings of our merciful Saviour.

We have had a very busy fall so far. We started out September at Craggy Correctional for our regular services at this facility. The Lord blessed in the service there, and several got help from the Lord! The altar filled up during the altar call with men dealing with things in their lives! What a blessing to see those that trust Christ begin to grow in their walk with the Lord! From there we traveled and preached in three different youth meetings. The Lord blessed in each of the services and many young people were encouraged in the Lord. As you know, we are in the middle school every week teaching character lessons and recently we were also giving the privilege of preaching to the football teams at our local school! We are so grateful for the opportunity to invest in the lives of these young people. Also, in November we were in Colombia SC for a prison revival at Manning Correctional. The Lord moved in a mighty way in this facility and by the end of the week, 17 men trusted Christ as their Saviour! The Lord also allowed us to preach revival at one of our supporting churches to close out the month. God moved in power and four people got saved during the week of meeting!

In October, we were in six different facilities preaching and sharing the Gospel. Like always, we started out at Craggy Correctional where one young man trusted Christ as his Saviour!  We were also at a juvenile institution in Ocala FL for a three-day revival. The Lord blessed during each of the services there and 15 teenage boys called out to God for salvation. We also got to visit 2 homeless camps near the prison. One of these is a compound at an old prison that had been closed down. We visited the camps and held a service at the old prison compound. Through our efforts we saw 4 homeless people who called out to God for salvation. God is still in the saving business!!

We would like to say thank you for your continued prayers and support. It is humbling to know that God’s people give so we can do the work that God has called us to do. We don’t take that for granted but we pray for you all continually that God would supply all your need according to his riches in glory! Please keep us in your prayers as we endeavor to reach others with the wonderful gospel message! Please pray for traveling mercies as we travel and for souls to be saved in our efforts. If you would like for us to come by to give your church an update just give us a call and we would be glad to do that. Thanks again and God Bless!!

       There Is Hope,
